Organizations Lab, Inc. was established. Ltd. in 2017 to support the implementation of management evolution. He has a wealth of experience in "original business strategy and operations" as a business turnaround party and "highly reproducible and results-driven initiatives" as an external consultant.
Kenshu Kamura
Specially Appointed Associate Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology's Leadership Education Institute/ Commentator for Teal Organization (Eiji Press). After graduating from the Faculty of Agriculture, Kyoto University, he established "Place and Connection Labo home's vi," a group specializing in placemaking, and conducts research and practice on conflicts that arise when people gather. After publishing "Teal Organization" in 2018, he established "Ograbo" and continues to support its practice.

It is easy to understand why this island is compared to the setting of Greek mythology when one witnesses the magic hour of color and light that the sun, sky, and sea create as they change from moment to moment at dusk.
As the sun begins to set over the Aegean Sea, the sky turns bright red. The sky changes from orange to purple to turquoise, as if all the colors of the world were painted on a canvas called the sky. The white buildings on the cliffs eventually become silhouettes, and the sun, the star of the show, dyes the sky with colors so beautiful they seem out of this world, before sinking into the Aegean Sea and enveloping the audience in silence. Then the sun sinks into the Aegean Sea, and silence envelops us. Perhaps it is because this time of day is like the stage of an opera that has continued from the mythical world of the sky and the sea.
